These terms govern your use of our luxury event management services. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

Agreement Overview

Welcome to Rapid Ropes Event Management. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with us and outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties when you engage our luxury event management services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreements, constitute the complete agreement between you and Rapid Ropes. Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Rapid Ropes Event Management ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rapid Ropes. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Description of Services

Rapid Ropes provides luxury event management services including but not limited to: • Corporate event planning and execution • Luxury wedding planning and coordination • Destination event management • International concierge services • Diplomatic and protocol event management • Venue selection and vendor coordination • Event design and production services All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your event requirements. We reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with our capabilities or standards.

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process: • All bookings require a signed service agreement and initial deposit • Event dates are secured only upon receipt of the required deposit • Changes to event details may affect pricing and availability Payment Terms: • 30% deposit required to secure booking • Remaining balance due according to agreed payment schedule • Final payment due 30 days before event date • Late payments may incur additional fees • All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy Accepted Payment Methods: • Bank transfers (domestic and international) • Credit cards (processing fees may apply) • Certified checks for large amounts

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellation: • 90+ days before event: 50% refund of payments made • 60-89 days before event: 25% refund of payments made • 30-59 days before event: 10% refund of payments made • Less than 30 days before event: No refund Force Majeure: • Events cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) will be rescheduled when possible • If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be provided minus non-recoverable costs Vendor Cancellations: • We will make every effort to secure alternative arrangements • Additional costs for replacement services may apply

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information about your event requirements • Respond promptly to requests for decisions and approvals • Make payments according to the agreed schedule • Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and insurance as required • Comply with venue rules and regulations • Treat our staff and vendors with respect and professionalism • Provide safe working conditions for our team and vendors Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or service limitations.

Limitation of Liability

Liability Limitations: • Our total liability for any event shall not exceed the total amount paid for our services • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages • We are not responsible for vendor performance beyond our reasonable control • Weather-related issues are considered force majeure events Insurance Requirements: • We maintain comprehensive general liability and professional indemnity insurance • Clients are responsible for obtaining event insurance as recommended • Venue insurance requirements must be met by the client Indemnification: • Clients agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their actions or decisions • This includes but is not limited to guest behavior, venue damage, and permit violations

Intellectual Property

Our Rights: • All event concepts, designs, and creative materials developed by us remain our intellectual property • We retain the right to use event photos and details for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed • Our methods, processes, and vendor relationships are proprietary Client Rights: • You retain ownership of your personal information and event-specific content • We will not share your confidential information with third parties without consent • You may request removal of your event from our marketing materials Third-Party Content: • All third-party materials used must be properly licensed • Clients are responsible for obtaining rights to any content they provide • We are not liable for copyright infringement by clients or their guests

Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of many events and commit to: • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information • Requiring all staff and vendors to sign confidentiality agreements • Implementing appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data • Not disclosing event details without explicit client consent This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our service agreement and applies to: • Personal and financial information • Guest lists and contact details • Event logistics and security arrangements • Any information marked as confidential

Modifications and Termination

Service Modifications: • Changes to event scope may result in additional charges • Significant changes may require a new service agreement • We reserve the right to modify our service offerings Agreement Termination: • Either party may terminate with written notice • Termination fees may apply based on work completed • All outstanding payments remain due upon termination Terms Updates: • We may update these Terms periodically • Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

For international clients, we encourage resolution of disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation. We are committed to working with our clients to resolve any issues amicably and professionally.

Important Notice

These Terms of Service are in addition to any specific service agreements you may sign with us. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall take precedence for that specific engagement.
